What You'll Be Doing
The Restaurant Manager oversees all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, ensuring efficiency, team performance, and guest satisfaction in line with the company’s values.
Operations & Service- Manage daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
- Deliver hospitality that reflects the company’s values in every detail — from service, ambience, and music to team communication.
- Ensure guests consistently enjoy a warm, curated experience.
- Proactively handle feedback and build guest loyalty.
- Oversee all events, including full buyouts and large group reservations.
- Coordinate planning and execution to ensure seamless experiences.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients before, during, and after events.
- Lead, train, and motivate the team to maintain high standards.
- Create and manage rosters based on operational needs.
- Foster a collaborative, professional team environment.
- Manage relationships with all suppliers and service providers.
- Oversee ordering, deliveries, and quality control.
- Ensure cost efficiency, reliability, and alignment with operational needs.
- Maintain strong knowledge of all food and beverage offerings.
- Confidently recommend items and drive upselling.
- Monitor stock levels and reduce wastage.
- Control food and labor costs in line with budget targets.
- Drive revenue through promotions, upselling, and service excellence.
- Support marketing campaigns and special events.
- Track daily performance and submit operational reports.
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience in high-volume environment
- Able to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Warm personality and a natural ability interact with people and creat an upbeat, fun atmosphere
