Operations Assistant

Job Summary

You will support the Manager by handling operational tasks, responding promptly to staff and stakeholder inquiries, and maintaining vendor relationships to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Manager in resolving operational issues to maintain workflow efficiency
  • Respond promptly and clearly to questions from staff and other stakeholders to support communication
  • Deliver excellent customer service to maintain positive relationships with vendors
  • Prepare and file forms and documents accurately to ensure proper record keeping
  • Perform administrative duties to support office operations
  • Use Microsoft Office proficiently to create, update, and manage documents and logs
  • Take inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed to maintain stock levels
  • Update logs and order forms regularly to ensure accurate tracking of supplies and transactions
  • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally to support organizational and interpersonal interactions
  • Demonstrate willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and processes
Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • At least more than one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in logistics support and administration
