Senior Creative Designer (AI-Enhanced) ($3800 to $4500)

• Basic $ 3800 - $ 4500 + Variable Bonus
• Working location: Pasir Panjang
• 5 days’ work week
• Brochure, Poster, Product Catalogues, Signage, Price Cards, Packaging, Website

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead conceptualisation and execution of creative designs aligned with brand identity and campaign objectives
• Design and oversee production of marketing collaterals including brochures, posters, product catalogues, signage, packaging, price cards, and website assets
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Project teams to deliver compelling visual solutions
• Translate business and campaign objectives into strong creative concepts and storytelling visuals
• Integrate AI design tools (e.g. Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, generative AI platforms) into daily workflows to enhance productivity and ideation
• Develop AI-assisted design concepts for campaigns, social content, and digital marketing initiatives
• Create and/or supervise motion graphics, GIFs, and short-form content
• Ensure consistency in branding and visual standards across all touchpoints
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders effectively
• Stay updated on design trends, digital innovations, and AI advancements

• Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in graphic / creative design
• Strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital design work
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience in motion graphics / animation tools (e.g. After Effects) is preferred
• Hands-on experience with AI design tools (e.g. Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, etc.)
