Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer in Singapore with relevant experience gained in Trustee services. The ideal candidate will bring experience in compliance ensuring regulatory compliance across trust-related services.
Key Responsibilities- Compliance Oversight: Monitor internal processes to ensure adherence to AML/CFT regulations and industry best practices.
- Client Advisory: Advise clients on compliance, and trust-related matters, ensuring alignment with local regulations.
- Reporting & Audits: Prepare statutory filings, assist in compliance reviews and audits, and liaise with regulators where necessary.
- Trust Administration: Support the setup and administration of trust structures, including due diligence, documentation, and ongoing compliance.
- Education: Degree in Law, Business or Finance preferred.
- Experience:
- Had experience in compliance monitoring within a regulated environment.
- Possessed minimum 3 years’ experience in trustee services in Singapore.
- Knowledge: Familiar with AML/CFT regulations.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, high level of attention to detail, and the ability to work independently across time zones with international teams.
- Location: Singapore-based.
- Work Visa: Having valid work visa if not Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
