Our Elite Management Trainee Programme aims to nurture young talents to become future leaders of Hactl. The 3-year intensive training programme fast-tracks candidates into management roles by means of job rotation across various departments.

- Graduate in any discipline (Business Administration, Logistics, Aviation or Supply Chain Management preferred, but not essential)

- Demonstrated interest or experience in project management and the ability to manage tasks effectively
- Energetic, proactive and self-motivated to make an impact
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Interested in the air cargo or supply chain industry and eager to grow your career here
