B1 Senior Aircraft Technician

ALG is currently partnering with a leading General Aviation MRO in Singapore to hire a Senior / Master Aircraft Technician (B1) for a permanent position based in Seletar.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and perform advanced troubleshooting, inspection, and maintenance on aircraft systems (airframe, engine, and mechanical components) in accordance with approved maintenance data and regulatory requirements
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards
• Support defect rectification, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, including heavy/base maintenance checks
• Ensure all maintenance tasks and documentation are completed accurately in compliance with CAAS/EASA/FAA regulations and company procedures
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce turnaround time (TAT), and maintain high-quality standards

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant aircraft maintenance experience, with strong exposure to base/heavy maintenance environment
• B1 trade background is required (Airframe & Powerplant / Mechanical systems)
• Proven experience in leading teams or acting as a senior/lead technician on maintenance projects
• Strong ability to interpret and work independently with aircraft maintenance manuals and engineering drawings
• Familiar with regulatory requirements (e.g. CAAS, EASA, FAA) and MRO best practices
• Willing to perform rotating shifts, including night shifts when required
