Service Engineer (Medical Devices) - Bukit Merah

Our client is a local company in Scientific and Medical industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Service Engineer to join their Engineering Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central area – easily accessible.

Duties of Service Engineer:

• Provide comprehensive after-sales support, including installation, commissioning, and repair of specialized laboratory, research, and analytical equipment.
• Offer technical consultation to customers, addressing their inquiries and providing expert guidance.
• Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve problems within specified timelines, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Prepare accurate and detailed service reports to document work performed.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 2 - 3 years relevant experience for medical product, lab equipment or similar is required
