What you'll be doing- Actively engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalised recommendations to find the best vehicle solutions
- Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of our vehicles to customers, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of the products
- Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial enquiry to finalising the purchase
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive buying experience for all customers
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry or a similar fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle customer objections and close sales
- Passionate about the automotive industry and a keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments
- Highly motivated, driven, and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
