Role: Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of financial applications, with a strong focus on securities, investments, and capital markets solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the finance industry and a proven track record of managing products in the securities, investment, or trading domain.

• Define and own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Work closely with stakeholders, including business, technology, and operations teams, to gather requirements and prioritize features.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management – from conceptualization and design to delivery and post-launch optimization.
• Analyze market trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product innovation.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear product specifications for engineering teams.
• Drive product adoption, measure performance against KPIs, and ensure continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely product delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• 8–12 years of experience in product management, with at least 5+ years in the financial services domain.
• Strong knowledge of securities trading, investment products, wealth management, or capital markets systems.
• Experience working with financial applications such as trading platforms, portfolio management systems, settlement, or securities processing applications.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern product management practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

• Exposure to regulatory frameworks (e.g., MAS, SEC, or other financial regulators).
• Understanding of API-driven architecture and digital transformation in financial services.
• Prior experience working with cross-border teams and large-scale enterprise projects.
