Job Summary
Provide accurate product information, application support, and troubleshooting assistance to sales representatives and customers. Conduct product testing, resolve technical issues, and offer guidance on product usage. Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer and sales inquiries via phone or email regarding product features, specifications, and applications.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely and on-site.
- Perform product application tests for customers and sales teams.
- Provide on-site support, including system setup, adjustments, and fine-tuning.
- Deliver post-sales product training to customers.
- Prepare and update training manuals and support documents.
- Assist sales representatives with on-site presentations when required.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance departmental efficiency.
- Adhere to all company and departmental policies and procedures.
- Carry out additional tasks or projects as assigned.
- Degree/ Diploma in Engineering (Computer/Electrical) with strong problem-solving skills.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good interpersonal skills, especially in phone and email communication.
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and simply.
- Service-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist customers.
- Familiarity with HMI programming, logic control, Microsoft Excel, and communication protocols (Serial, Modbus TCP, Ethernet, EIP) will be an added advantage.
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license or willing to obtain one
- Willing to travel when it's necessary
