Location: Alexandra / Pasir PanjangBasic Pay: Up to $3,000/mth
Duration: Min 6 months / 1 year
Working Hours: 8.5 hour shift (between 7am to 10pm)
Responsibilities:- Handle inbound phone calls & customer enquiries.
- Provide information on banking products & services (e.g. cards, loans, mortgages).
- Minimum GCE N-level.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable handling calls.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior customer service or call centre experience is an advantage.
