A. JOB SUMMARY
- Taking lead in projects by providing project management skills and knowledge.
- Ensuring timely payment requests to sustain operations.
- Conducting reviews and resolving project issues together with the Engineer.
- Reviewing and endorsing all reports and documents prior submission to the Engineer.
- Attending local Engineer meetings and / or Interface Working Group sessions, design reviews, and any meetings as required.
- Involvement in risk management
- Managing and resolving commercial and technical issues with sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Ensuring project manpower resources requirements are met
- Monitoring the progress of the project activities to ensure compliance with the schedule and performance objectives.
- Ensuring that the project team fully complies with local and project’s safety and quality procedures.
- Ensuring timely and accurate reporting to senior and executive management.
- Prepare for VO claim for abortive work/technical change
- Overall planning, implementation, execution and completion of project to ensure successful completion of the project.
- PMP certification
- Minimum 5 years of PM experience
- Experience working on LTA projects
- Knowledge in SCADA software and system development
- Good teamwork and leadership skills are essential.
- Good time management, multitasking and stress management skills to be able to ensure that tasks get completed on time.
