Construction Manager (Building | Tampines)
Our client is looking for an experienced and hands-on Construction Manager to lead site operations for a Mixed development project @ Tampines. You will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, and ensuring timely, quality, and cost-effective project delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily site operations and lead the construction team.
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Review technical drawings and resolve site-related issues effectively.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, cost targets, and material usage.
- Report on project status, risks, and milestones to senior management.
- Enforce workplace safety and health practices in accordance with MOM regulations.
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in main contractor environment, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale residential or mixed-use developments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with local construction codes, authorities' requirements, and safety regulations
