Visual Merchandiser Executive (Full Time/5 Days Work Week)

As a Visual Merchandiser Executive, you will play an important role in upholding and enhancing the brand’s visual identity across all retail touchpoints. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining compelling visual displays that align with brand standards, drive product visibility, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
This position combines creativity with strategic execution to ensure consistent brand presentation across stores while supporting business objectives and sales growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Visual Merchandising Execution: Implement attractive in-store and window displays to ensure strong brand presentation and an engaging shopping experience.
- Store Layout & Display Management: Maintain store layouts, fixtures, and visual standards across all retail stores, ensuring displays are well organized and visually appealing.
- Campaign & Promotion Setup: Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns by updating visual displays in a timely manner.
- Store Opening & Visual Setup: Assist in visual setup for new store openings, renovations, and store refresh projects.
- Team Guidance: Provide guidance to store teams to ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently followed.
- Store Monitoring & Improvement: Conduct regular store visits to monitor display quality and identify opportunities to improve customer experience and sales performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in retail or fashion visual merchandising (sports retail experience preferred).
- Retail sales experience is required.
- Hands-on experience in setting up and modifying visual displays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with retail staff.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Excellent organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
- Passionate about fashion trends, visual storytelling, and brand presentation.
