Tampines - Sales Coordinator
Your key role is to support the Sales Team in all aspects of sales and customer services. This is a challenging job in the fast-pace and dynamic electronics industry.
Your main responsibilities:
Process orders and planning to ensure on-time delivery to customers
Monitor order backlog and flag potential delays in delivery
Assist in inventory and consignment stock management
Handle expedites and resolve customer issues
Analyze and respond to weekly reschedule from key accounts
Submit monthly reports as required by management
Monitor accounts receivables and ensure punctual payment
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum O levels
Computer literate (MS Excel, MS Word, ERP software)
Preferably at least 2~3 years of working experience in electronics/electrical industry
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
