Roles and Responsibilities

HR administration
  • Assist in recruitment coordination (job postings, interview scheduling)
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Processing monthly payroll or advance, CPF submission and IR8A e-submission, leave tracking, and attendance records.
  • Maintain employee relations and address HR related issues.
Administrative Support
  • Report directly to the Director
  • Perform general office administrative tasks.
  • Act as liaison with external IT vendors for system setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
  • Provide first-level troubleshooting for basic hardware, software, connectivity, and user access issues.
Accounts Support
  • Manage partial sets of accounts (A/AP & GL) with capability to handle full sets when needed.
  • Handling staff claims and supplier payment.
  • Updating of AR & AP Aging list.
  • Perform month/quarter/year-end closing of accounts and bank reconciliations.
  • Liaise with external accountant.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiar with Singapore foreign worker regulations (Work Permit, quota, levy, etc.)
  • Proficient in Autocount or similar accounting software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Words)
  • Strong organizational, detail-oriented and multitasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, CPF, and payroll compliance.
  • Mandarin-speaking ability is an advantage (for liaising with the director & customers)
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity, ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • To perform any other ad-hoc work duties as and when required by the Director.
