Roles and Responsibilities
HR administration- Assist in recruitment coordination (job postings, interview scheduling)
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Processing monthly payroll or advance, CPF submission and IR8A e-submission, leave tracking, and attendance records.
- Maintain employee relations and address HR related issues.
- Report directly to the Director
- Perform general office administrative tasks.
- Act as liaison with external IT vendors for system setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
- Provide first-level troubleshooting for basic hardware, software, connectivity, and user access issues.
- Manage partial sets of accounts (A/AP & GL) with capability to handle full sets when needed.
- Handling staff claims and supplier payment.
- Updating of AR & AP Aging list.
- Perform month/quarter/year-end closing of accounts and bank reconciliations.
- Liaise with external accountant.
- Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting or related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with Singapore foreign worker regulations (Work Permit, quota, levy, etc.)
- Proficient in Autocount or similar accounting software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Words)
- Strong organizational, detail-oriented and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, CPF, and payroll compliance.
- Mandarin-speaking ability is an advantage (for liaising with the director & customers)
- Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity, ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- To perform any other ad-hoc work duties as and when required by the Director.
