Job Description & Requirements

Job Descriptions

Manage day to day duties of Accounts payables and Accounts receivables
Processing incoming funds and resolving accounts queries
Prepare and send statement of accounts to customers
Prepare monthly payment to vendors and furnish tax deduction details
Perform collection and credit control
Any other duties as assigned by reporting superior

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounts or finance role, preferable in the logistics industry
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records
Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
Good problem-solving and analytical skills to interact with various stakeholders
Qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
