Delivery Supervisor

Expectations of the Role:
- Supervise overall delivery operations to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
- Lead and manage a team of Delivery Supervisors to achieve operational excellence.
- Drive performance to meet or exceed daily and monthly OTIF (On-Time-In-Full) targets.
- Resolve delivery-related issues raised by Delivery Service Agents promptly.
- Organize and facilitate weekly DSA toolbox meetings to ensure alignment and communication.
- Monitor driver compliance with operational requirements including ePOD submissions and conduct spot checks.
- Manage DSA attendance records and overtime planning.
- Coordinate and schedule regular maintenance for delivery vehicles.
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports, including ePOD closure and OTIF metics.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant standards and compliance frameworks (ISO,ISMS, DM, GSDP, hygiene).
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements (Must-Have):
- Diploma level or equivalent.
- Possesses valid Class 3 Singapore driving license.
- Able to commit to work on specific weekends when required to support operational needs.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office.
- Good spoken and written English.
Advantageous to Have:
- Experience in handling cytotoxic drugs and non-drug disposals.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar warehouse management systems.
