Your Role, Your Influence:
- Leading a team of technicians on daily facilities maintenance work
- Planning of weekly Preventive maintenance schedule
- Perform Troubleshoot & Repair works on urgent request
- Proper maintenance of equipment and proposed new equipment change if required
- Ensure work safety are met at all times
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
The Ingredients for Success:
- Min Diploma in Building, Estate Management and with 3 years of relevant working experiences
- Basic electrical hands-on works
