Our client is an IT security solutions provider has been established for more than 25 years with a strong reputation in the industry. They specialize in delivering comprehensive turn-key security systems, from design and integration to maintenance and support and serve clients in government, trade and commercial sectors.

They are now looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer to join their expanding team!

Location: Tampines

Working hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours

Responsibilities:

Implement, Maintain and administer network, OS, Storage and backup
Collaborate system development tasks to include design, implementation, integration and testing
Provide on call, 24x7 supports for systems on a rotating basis.
Implement corrective procedures to resolve production problems and minimize unplanned system outages.
Create and maintain programmatic and technical documentation to ensure efficient planning and execution
Coordinate with external parties and customers for problem resolutions

Requirements:

Min. Diploma/Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or related field
Min. 3-4 years of experience as an IT Infrastructure Engineer / IT Support
Knowledge of IT Infrastructure such as OS, network, storage and backup
Able to manage Stakeholders
Candidates with one or more of the following skillsets will have an advantage:
OS Skill in Window servers (AD, DNS, Clustering), Linux (Redhat, Centos), Cluster  Satellite  Scripting  Virtualization (VMware/HyperV/OVM/KVM)
Scripting Skill in Linux Bash, Linux Python, Red Hat Ansible and Windows Powershell
