Event Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute events, including Expo events, shopping mall events, corporate events, conferences, trade shows, and more.
• Coordinate all event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and equipment setup.
• Prepare agreements and invoices with event details.
• Develop event timelines and ensure all activities are executed according to schedule.
• Work closely with clients and vendors to understand their event goals and ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
• Manage event budgets and negotiate with vendors to achieve cost efficiency.
• Oversee event setup, execution, and dismantling while ensuring high-quality standards.
• Handle on-site event coordination, addressing any issues or last-minute changes promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align event activities with business goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in event management, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin to communicate with clients and vendors.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in event marketing or event planning.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for liaising with clients, vendors, and team members.
