We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Manager to join our team in the printing
and IT industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, nurturing
customers relationships, and driving revenue growth through the sale of our printing /IT services
and products. This role requires a self-motivated, positive attitude individual with excellent
communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the printing and IT industry, and a

proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Generation:
Prospect and identify potential clients through various means such as cold calling, networking, and industry research.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and
annual sales targets. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential
clients.
  1. Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong and positive customer relationships.

Understand customer needs, provide customized solutions, and effectively communicate
the value proposition of our printing and IT services.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  1. Market Research and Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Analyse market data to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  1. Quotation and Proposal Preparation:
Prepare accurate and competitive price quotations and proposals for clients. The ability to

present our value proposition effectively is extremely important in this role.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of products and
services.
  1. Sales Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales-related

opportunities in our CRM system. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales

manager.

Requirements:

  • B2B sales experience
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline
  • Possess initiative with desire drive for excellence in a dynamic environment
  • Possess a successful track record in achieving set objectives
  • Passionate in engaging with customers and provide excellent service
