Our client is a UK law firm hiring a paralegal for their Finance team. They are looking for a vibrant paralegal who would like to develop their paralegal skills and grow together with the team.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Drafting finance documents
- Supporting transaction closings and doing CP checklists
- Liaising with clients and ensuring timelines are adhered to
- Supporting the Partners and Associates
Requirements:
- You have an LLB
- You have experience with a law firm in a corporate practice area (preferably within Banking)
- You have good communication skills and able to handle multiple ongoing deadlines.
- You are driven and committed to delivering excellent service to clients.
