1. Daily Operations

• Provide courteous and professional service to all patients and customers.
• Process both inpatient and outpatient medication orders and prescriptions.
• Handle picking, packing, and labelling of medications in compliance with policies and SOPs.
• Perform billing functions accurately.
• Ensure work areas are prepared and maintained for daily operations.
• Maintain cleanliness in pharmacy and medication storage areas.
• Participate in quality improvement projects and activities as needed.

1. Inventory Management

• Ensure medications are stored properly using the First-Expiry-First-Out (FEFO) method.
• Perform restocking of automated medication dispensing systems in assigned wards.
• Verify correct receipt of inventory items.
• Conduct secondary repackaging and redressing of medications.
• Participate in routine cycle counts and stock audits in line with SOPs.

1. Dispensing

• Dispense medications to patients in accordance with policies, guidelines, and SOPs.

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or Certified Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPTC)
• Demonstrates initiative and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Flexible to work on weekends and public holidays occasionally.
