We're Hiring: Remote Support Engineer (Microsoft Certified | Network & Security Focus)

Esmegen, a fast-growing Managed Services Provider (MSP), is looking for a Support Engineer who’s passionate about technology, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering top-notch support experiences to our clients.

What You’ll Do:
Respond to and resolve technical support tickets from end users
Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and standard productivity tools
Support network-related issues (firewall, switches, VPN, etc.)
Assist with endpoint security and compliance configurations
Document resolutions and maintain service quality
Escalate complex cases to Level 2 or engineering when needed
Collaborate remotely with team members and clients
Occasionally attend on-site meetings or tasks in Singapore (when necessary)
What We’re Looking For:

Microsoft Certified (e.g., MS-900, AZ-104, or equivalent)
Solid understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls)
Basic security awareness (antivirus, patching, MFA, compliance standards)
Experience supporting end-users across various devices and platforms
Comfortable using ticketing systems
Good communication skills – able to explain technical issues clearly
A self-learner mindset and openness to explore new technologies
