Admin Assistant (Customer Service/Shipping/ Air Freight)-NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Location : Airport Cargo Road - Bus nearby
- Working hours : 5 days a week, Monday - Friday, 9.00 am - 6.00 pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3000 + AWS
- Duration : Permanent
- Industry : Transport & Logistics
Main Responsibilities:
- To coordinate with airlines, truckers, vendors on freight bookings and shipments.
- Liaise with customers, overseas agents and provide sales support.
- Issue shipping documentation, billing invoice, BL, Airwaybill.
Requirements:
- Min O/N levels or equivalent.
- Experience in shipping/air freight an advantage.
- Patient, able to multitask and work in fast paced environment.
- On the job training will be provided.
- Willing to work in Changi Airfreight Centre
- Computer skills in Ms Office.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
