We are currently working with a Real Estate Investment Management Firm in Singapore, which is looking to hire an Investment Analyst to join its team. Key Responsibilities Support the execution of investment deals, including financial analysis, documentation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Build and maintain financial models for infrastructure assets, including scenario analysis and performance forecasting. Conduct thorough due diligence for investment evaluation, ensuring accurate assessment of risks and opportunities. Prepare DDQs, investor presentations, and respond to investor queries.
Prepare financial reports and conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Requirements At least 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, real estate, or related fields. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Exposure to infrastructure or real asset sectors (e.g., solar, data centers, logistics real estate) is a plus. Understanding of solar asset-backed securities is advantageous.
