A leading lifestyle brand is looking for a Senior HR Executive to support its Singapore operations. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a collaborative and fast-paced environment, where you'll manage a wide range of HR functions across multiple countries while contributing to meaningful employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle in partnership with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and professional employee experience
Employee Lifecycle & Engagement
  • Coordinate offboarding, conduct exit interviews, and provide insights on employee trends
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Assist in resolving employee concerns in alignment with company values and local regulations
Performance Management & Development
  • Facilitate the performance review process using SuccessFactors or similar platforms
  • Support initiatives related to talent development, learning, and succession planning
  • Track and report participation and outcomes of training programs
HR Reporting & Compliance
  • Prepare regular HR reports and metrics for internal stakeholders
  • Ensure HR practices comply with local employment legislation and internal standards
Operational & Administrative Support
  • Assist in office-related matters such as vendor coordination, lease renewals, and relocation logistics
  • Provide day-to-day HR administrative support across the regional teams
What You Bring
  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • 3–5 years of HR generalist experience, ideally supporting regional teams
  • Familiarity with employment laws in Southeast Asia
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems such as SuccessFactors or Unit4 Prosoft
  • Experience in the retail, fashion, or consumer goods sector is a strong advantage
