FMCG Sales Representative - Frozen Processed Food
We're looking for experienced FMCG Sales Representative to join us with upcoming project on launching portfolio of high-quality frozen processed food products.
From ready-to-cook meals and snacks to premium ingredients. We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Representative to join us pioneering the launch of new range of frozen processed food products in Singapore.
Your New Role
As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, responsible for driving sales and maximizing the presence of our frozen food portfolio within a designated territory in Singapore. You will play a pivotal role in building strong customer relationships and ensuring our products are visible, available, and promoted effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively managing and developing your assigned account base (e.g., supermarkets, hypermarkets, convenience stores, and HORECA channels).
- Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key buyers and store managers.
- In-Store Execution: Ensure optimal product visibility through excellent shelf management, strategic placement, and the implementation of planograms.
- Order Management: Proactively take orders, manage inventory levels at the store level, and minimize out-of-stock situations.
- Promotions & Launches: Execute trade promotions and new product launches flawlessly, ensuring customer understanding and buy-in.
- Market Intelligence: Be the eyes and ears on the ground; monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends, and provide timely feedback to the sales manager.
Who We Are Looking For:
- A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of solid field sales experience within the FMCG industry. Experience in frozen food, chilled, RTE categories is a significant advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently.
- Possess a valid Class 3 Singapore driver's license and is comfortable with daily travel.
- Familiarity with the Singapore retail landscape and key players (e.g., NTUC FairPrice, Dairy Farm Group, Sheng Siong, etc.).
