Facilities Technician (Jurong/Immediate)

About the Role:
- Assist the Building Manager or Engineer in overseeing operations, maintenance, repairs, and minor works related to Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) services, building systems, and site facilities.
- Support the supervision and coordination of nominated contractors, sub-contractors, and client-appointed contractors to ensure works are carried out safely and efficiently.
- Able to perform building, mechanical, electrical, and facilities works, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and ad-hoc shifting or setup works as required by the client.
About You:
- Holder of an NTC qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant working experience.
- Must possess a valid WSQ Working at Height (Worker Level) certification.
- Must possess own transport.
