About the Role
The Senior HR Executive is responsible for managing the full spectrum of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration, performance management, training and development, and HR operations. The role supports business objectives by ensuring effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and offboarding processes.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate payroll processing, leave administration, benefits management, and CPF submissions accurately and on time.
- Administer work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and ensure compliance with MOM regulations.
- Support performance management processes, including probation reviews, annual appraisals, and employee development plans.
- Address employee inquiries and assist in resolving employee relations issues in a professional and confidential manner.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and staff welfare initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with the Singapore Employment Act and other relevant labor regulations.
- Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR operations and employee experience.

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a full-spectrum HR role.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF regulations, and MOM work pass requirements.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
- Candidates with prior experience in a listed company environment will be preferred.
