Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Position Type: Full-Time (1 vacancy) & Internships (2 vacancies)Salary Range: $3,000 – $4,200 (Commensurate with experience) [Internship allowance will be discussed separately]

Key Responsibilities (Job Scope):
As our Marketing Executive, you will drive both our e-commerce brand presence and our landscaping B2B/B2C services through creative and data-driven marketing.- Content Creation&Video Editing: Concept, shoot, and edit engaging social media videos (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts) to showcase our sustainable products (soils, fertilizers, seeds) and landscaping transformations.
- Paid Digital Advertising: Manage and optimize Google SEM (Search Engine Marketing) campaigns to boost website traffic, lead generation, and e-commerce conversion rates.
- E-Commerce&Website Management: Assist in maintaining our official website and marketplace stores (Shopee/Lazada), optimizing product listings, and planning online seasonal campaigns.
- Social Media&Community Management: Run daily social media schedules, write compelling copywriting/blog posts about gardening tips, and foster community engagement.
- Team Collaboration: Lead and mentor 2 Marketing Interns, fostering a collaborative, creative, and productive environment.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing or content creation (Prior experience in Video Editing / Content Creation OR Google SEM is highly preferred).
- Skills: Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.) and understanding of Google Ads dashboard.
- Available to all prospective candidates (A work authorization will be issued to successful foreign applicants).
- Mindset: Creative, proactive, organized, and deeply interested in green living, urban farming, or landscaping.
Remuneration&Benefits:
- Base Salary: $3,000 – $4,200 (Depending on experience)
- Internship allowance will be discussed separately
- AWS: Performance-based
- Probation Period: 3 Months
