Asset Manager/ Senior Manager, Real Estate

We are seeking a results-driven Real Estate Asset Manager or Senior Manager to oversee the financial and operational performance of a portfolio of properties. This role blends financial analysis, operational oversight, and strategic planning to maximize portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Asset Strategy: Develop and execute business plans; conduct periodic asset reviews with actionable recommendations.
• Financial Analysis: Manage financial models, budgets, and forecasts; track and report on key performance indicators
• Leasing & Operations: Oversee lease administration and partner with property management to maintain service levels and operational standards.
• Capital Planning: Manage capital improvement budgets and project timelines, ensuring adherence to schedules and cost controls.
• Risk & Compliance: Identify operational and market risks; ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and fiduciary responsibilities.
• Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders; communicate performance and market insights.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market fundamentals to support investment and portfolio decisions.
• Sustainability: Support the integration of sustainability initiatives into asset strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree or certifications like CPM, CFA a plus).
• Experience in portfolio or asset management.
• Advanced Excel skills in Financial Modelling is essential
• Proficiency with Argus or comparable modeling software would be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of leases, operating expenses, and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and strong organizational skills
