We are looking for enthusiastic Tea Baristas and Senior Baristas to join our vibrant outlets across Central and East Singapore. If you enjoy engaging with customers, working with high-quality ingredients, and being part of a passionate team, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve handcrafted tea beverages with precision and consistency
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the tea bar and equipment
• Engage customers warmly and professionally to provide a welcoming experience
• Ensure inventory and stock levels are well maintained
• Assist with opening/closing duties and support day-to-day store operations
• Senior Baristas will also support training of junior staff and daily floor operations

Requirements:

• Prior F&B or beverage preparation experience preferred (Barista experience is a plus!)
• Positive attitude with strong teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Passion for tea culture and hospitality
• Able to commit to 5-day work week, 44 hours per week
• Comfortable working at any outlet (Central/East – non-selectable)

Remuneration Package:

• Junior Barista: $1,800 + $700 Fixed Allowance

• Senior Barista: $2,100 + $700 Fixed Allowance

• Paid OT (if any), Staff Benefits & Incentives
