HR Recruitment Executive – Jurong East - 5 day week

• Manage full cycle of the recruitment process
• Develop an effective candidate pipeline
• Identify sourcing channels and strategies through internal/external job portals, staff referrals, social media, recruitment vendors, etc
• Posting of jobs on different platforms
• Support the manager in implementing recruitment strategies
• Perform reference check
• Manage coordination of recruitment events
• Maintain manpower/headcount data report and recruitment status report
• New staff on-boarding activities such as issuance of staff passes, access card, uniforms, etc.
• Other ad hoc recruitment admin duties and tasks assigned
• Manage projects / support HR & Operations team

• Min GCE O Level
• 1 year(s) of relevant working experience preferred
