Assistant Sales Manager [Japanese Speaking/ Up to $9k]

Responsibilities:

• Liaise and communicate with clients and contractors.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, tender documents, and contracts in accordance with project specifications.
• Monitor upcoming and ongoing projects to identify tender opportunities.
• Handle sales inquiries and foster long-term relationships with existing clients and partners.
• Oversee project progress to ensure timelines, budgets, quality standards, and regulatory requirements are met.
• Coordinate closely with Technical and Operations teams to develop suitable technical solutions and strategies.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure smooth project execution and optimal use of resources.

Requirements :

• Minimum 8 years of sales experience in the construction or related industry.
• Proficiency in Japanese to effectively liaise with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to various project sites.
• Able to commit to extended working hours when necessary.
