Toa Payoh - Regional Facilities & Security Officer

Our client, a leading international bank is looking for a Regional Facilities & Security Officer to support and manage its office infrastructure and physical security operations across Asia. Based in Singapore, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running, compliance, and sustainability of regional facilities and data centre environments.

Responsbilities:

• Oversee daily operations related to facilities and physical security across offices, data centres, BCP, and DR sites in Asia.
• Be the primary liaison for building management, data centre providers, vendors, and regulators.
• Ensure full compliance with MAS TRM Guidelines, outsourcing policies, and internal security standards.
• Coordinate renovation, relocation, and infrastructure projects, while promoting smart space planning and sustainable practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in facilities and physical security management, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Strong project management skills with hands-on experience in infrastructure oversight and sustainability initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to work independently across regional and cross-functional teams.
