Job Title: Risk Management & Compliance Officer
Our Client: Our client is an established firm in the reinsurance industry.
The Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the company’s enterprise risk management framework
- Identify, assess, and report key risks across operational, financial, regulatory areas
- Conduct regular risk assessments and scenario analysis to guide mitigation
- Ensure insurance products, investments, and operations comply with MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) risk management guidelines
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure adherence to MAS and GIA requirements
- Maintain compliance policies, train staff and submit timely regulatory filings
- Keep risk registers, compliance logs, and prepare audit/regulatory reports
The Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Finance, Law, Risk Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in risk management or compliance within the insurance or financial services sector
- Good knowledge of MAS regulations and relevant insurance industry guidelines
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, with a high level of integrity and professionalism
- Familiarity with governance frameworks such as ERM, AML/CFT, PDPA, and FATCA/CRS
