Enterprise Business Development Manager
This is a senior commercial role focused on building long-term partnerships with large maritime organisations, delivering multi-year value through integrated safety and sustainability solutions. You will operate as a trusted advisor, managing complex enterprise sales cycles while shaping how global maritime players manage operational and ESG risk.

Description- Develop and execute multi-year commercial strategies for large enterprise and strategic accounts
- Grow existing relationships while identifying and securing new enterprise customers globally
- Lead complex, high-value deal cycles involving multiple stakeholders and regions
- Structure integrated commercial solutions across digital, data and advisory offerings
- Build senior-level relationships with Directors, VPs and C-suite executives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, legal, finance and customer success teams
- Represent the business at industry events and contribute to market positioning
Profile
A successful Enterprise Business Development Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Maritime Studies or a related discipline
- More than 8 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales or business development
- Strong understanding of the maritime, ports, terminals or logistics ecosystem
- Proven track record closing complex, high-value enterprise agreements
- Experience selling subscription-based, digital, SaaS, AI or data-led solutions
- Ability to engage confidently with senior executives in global organisations
- Competitive annual salary up to SGD180,000 + Commissions
