Geylang - Social Media Account Management [Internship]

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client accounts across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Assist in running and optimizing ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager (training provided)
• Draft, schedule, and publish posts aligned with client branding and campaign goals
• Write engaging social media captions and ad copy
• Liaise with clients on campaign updates, content approvals, and feedback
• Track campaign performance and compile basic reports
• Research social media trends and suggest new ideas to improve client accounts

Requirements:

• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok platforms
• Basic knowledge of ads on Meta/TikTok is a plus (we’ll guide you)
• Strong interest in digital marketing and social media management
• Good communication and writing skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage deadlines
• Proactive learner with a positive attitude
