[ref. e6194421] Private Wealth Management - Relationship Manager Assistant (Singapore) - Geylang

Job Description:

• Provide administrative and client service support to Relationship Managers servicing Private Banking clients
• Understand client requirements and assist relationship managers in daily maintenance of account relationships
• Assist with account openings or any other client’s instructions and interface with client to ensure completion of documentation requirements
• Handle and follow up clients’ enquiries, service requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate and communicate with different internal channels to support client’s requests
• Comply with various regulatory requirements, company regulations and management measures
• Conduct Product Suitability assessment and execute trade instructions for clients
• Maintain client data and reports and handle administrative duties
• Other work and hoc tasks when necessary assigned by the supervisors and managers

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree or above
• 3 years & above of relevant experience in the private wealth management industry
• Strong communication skills and proficient in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English. Proficiency in Cantonese is a plus
• Entrepreneurial spirit with high level of self-motivation
• A team player, collaborative with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
