Marketing & Social Media Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Research & Strategy Support- Conduct monthly research on online and offline marketing trends, campaigns, and industry developments to uncover new opportunities and assess effective strategies.
- Compile and present clear, concise reports highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Design engaging digital assets such as Instagram Stories, social media graphics, and online banners to enhance brand visibility and user engagement.
- Research TikTok trends and brainstorm creative concepts to grow brand presence on the platform.
- Plan, produce, and schedule engaging short-form video content tailored to target audiences.
- Monitor and manage public comments, feedback, and direct messages across all owned social media platforms.
- Respond to customer inquiries and interactions promptly and in a brand-consistent tone, ensuring a positive user experience.
- Perform ad-hoc duties and assist with various marketing and administrative tasks as assigned by the Marketing Manager.
Requirements:
- Experienced in social media content creation
- Strong research and organizational skills
- Up-to-date with social media trends, especially TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
