ACMV Assistant Project Manager/Project Manager/Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

Project management, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific project.

Workout and maintain VO schedule and to final account with client / consultant.

Raise RFI for any discrepancies.

Attend all site, Architects & Consultants meeting.

Responsible for site supervision and implementations.

Monitor project costing, budget and schedule.

Manage and planning manpower allocation.

Manage and lead a project team to ensure site progress accordingly to project schedule.

To interpret shop drawings and communicate with all site personnel.

Prepare and submit monthly progress claim.

Prepare sub-contractor payment response.

To solve all technical issue.

Requirements

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

At least 5 years experience in ACMV system.

Excellent leadership & interpersonal skills

Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

IT skills in Microsoft office, Autocad, BIM.
