About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join our Defence team in delivering mission-critical, wide-area network systems.

You will play a pivotal role in the design, integration, and deployment of server and network-based solutions to support national defence and security.

This is a hands-on role involving system analysis, testing, vendor management, and customer-facing validation.

• Design, configure, and deploy systems comprising servers and network elements over wide area networks (WAN)
• Analyze system requirements and propose technical solutions to meet project and contractual specifications
• Collaborate with project/system managers to define and document system specifications
• Set up test environments for development, integration, and validation
• Source and evaluate hardware; liaise with vendors and suppliers
• Develop test cases and execute acceptance test procedures for system validation
• Support and participate in customer acceptance tests; compile and submit test reports

• Hands-on experience in system integration, site testing, or network/server setup
• Cisco and/or Red Hat certifications are highly preferred
• Interest in hardware integration and on-site system testing
• Ability and willingness to travel for overseas assignments
