Senior Financial Advisor Assistant

About the role

You are expected to understand the business, anticipate problems, leverage AI tools to work efficiently, and handle every client interaction with professionalism and discretion.

• Manage client case documentation: KYC files, application forms, policy illustrations, and multi-platform submissions (e.g. Singlife, iFAST, HSBC Life)
• Coordinate meeting schedules, client follow-ups, and travel arrangements including cross-border logistics and visa applications
• Research financial products, market data, regulatory developments, and client backgrounds; distil findings into clear, actionable summaries
• Support Chinese-language social media content workflows (Xiaohongshu, WeChat, etc.) — drafting, editing, and compliance-conscious publishing
• Maintain organised digital filing systems across OneDrive, Dropbox, and WhatsApp Business
• Prepare client-facing materials: PowerPoint presentations, Excel models, data dashboards, and product comparison sheets
• Proactively identify workflow inefficiencies and implement AI-assisted solutions
• Liaise with fund platforms, product companies, legal, and compliance teams on behalf of the advisor

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese; able to draft professional and conversational English copy with ease
• Analytical mindset with ability to decompose complex problems and handle multi-variable client scenarios with rigour
• Actively use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Notion AI, or equivalent) to accelerate output
• Strong upward management and self-direction; able to manage expectations, flag blockers early, and operate independently
• Proficient in Excel (including basic modelling, IRR calculations, and formula work) and PowerPoint
• High EQ, discretion, and professionalism; able to handle sensitive client information with confidentiality awareness
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred; exceptional fresh graduates will be considered
• Must hold a valid long-term pass or right to work in Singapore
