Middle Office Executive (Phillip Nova) - Toa Payoh

Phillip Nova, a leading financial brokerage firm, seeks a Middle Office Executive to join our team!

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the smooth operations of our risk management framework during throughout the trading sessions offered by the various global exchanges. Your contributions will ensure the continued stability of our Futures, Options, Forex, CFDs, and Equities markets.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development and implementation of risk management protocols.
• Utilize analytical skills to generate data-driven reports that inform strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and mitigate potential risks, safeguarding our financial health.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher qualification in Business/Finance preferred.
• Understanding of financial derivatives and securities a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in VBA or Python (advantageous).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work on public holidays.
• Rotation between shifts (5am to 1.30pm), (7am to 4.30pm), (9am to 6.30pm), (12.30pm to 10pm) when required.
