Bukit Batok - Sales Consultant

Employment Type: Full-time

We are seeking a proactive Sales Consultant to assist residents as they transition into their new homes. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and promoting our fiber broadband services, earning commission for every successful sign-up!

Working Hours:

• ️ 10 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday. Weekend hours may be required for events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check and manage residents' appointments on-site.
• Assist in testing and commissioning communication systems (turning on all CCS to ensure functionality).
• Encourage residents to sign up for our fiber broadband services, highlighting the benefits of high-speed connectivity.
• Earn commission for every successful fiber broadband sign-up!
• Provide basic customer support for inquiries related to our services.
• Deploy to event roadshows as needed, including weekends.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in telecommunications.
• Enthusiastic about promoting fiber broadband and its advantages.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic technical understanding of telecommunication systems is a plus.
