Logistics Scheduler

Salary: Up to $3,800 basic + variable bonus
Location: Lobby C, Ubi Techpark
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Scheduler to join a growing team. In this full-time role, you will be at the heart of daily operations, coordinating and optimizing the movement of goods across the distribution network to ensure efficient workflows and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Promptly respond to incoming calls and emails, efficiently schedule and confirm jobs, and accurately input customer information into internal systems
Oversee daily routing and distribution operations, ensuring optimal utilization of fleet, assets, and resources to meet service requirements
Communicate daily delivery schedules clearly and effectively to drivers
Monitor job progress and completion to ensure all tasks meet compliance standards and deadlines
Perform tracking, data entry, and systematic filing of records and documentation
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to transportation, logistics systems, imports/exports, or customer concerns
Identify opportunities and contribute to improvements in internal and external logistics processes and systems

Requirements

3 years of experience in logistics scheduling or supply chain planning
Proficiency in logistics management systems and data analysis tools
Good understanding of transportation regulations, customs procedures, and industry best practices
