Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator with a strong background in managing interior design projects. The ideal candidate will oversee project timelines, budgets, and team coordination to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate and manage interior design projects from initiation to completion.
• Liaise with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
• Prepare project schedules, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee procurement of materials, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency.
• Monitor project budgets and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve any project-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with design standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare project documentation, including reports, contracts, and handover files.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in [related field] or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in site coordination, project management, or a similar role involving interior design or fit-out projects.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure environments effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other project management tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
