Responsibilities

✅ Coordinate daily site activities and support the Project Manager to ensure smooth project execution
✅ Attend site and coordination meetings; liaise with contractors, suppliers, and vendors
✅ Maintain good relationships and clear communication with clients throughout the project
✅ Prepare and update site reports, project documentation, and meeting minutes
✅ Track and follow up on project schedules to ensure timely completion and quality standards
✅ Assist in sourcing suitable materials and products
✅ Support the evaluation and negotiation of contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
✅ Arrange timely delivery of materials and coordinate handover with good workmanship

✅ Handle any other ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in any discipline (candidates without experience are welcome)

-Well-organized, detail-oriented, and responsible

Positive attitude, willing to learn, and hardworking
Able to handle multiple tasks and work both independently and in a team
